Short Term Rental Consultation – Virtual Interior Design for AirBnB or Vacation Rentals
You will submit all of your information to our secure client portal, this includes floor plan (accurately hand drawn is fine!), photos, links to your listings as well as any other additional information we may need to asses the property in its current existence.
You will then meet with a designer that specializes in short term rentals and review all of your documents, review design vision and goals for the property.
After your meeting we will deliver the following to you:
- Property comparisons to other properties in your area. This includes assessing each of the nearby properties and where their strengths and weaknesses are in comparison to your property. We will focus on 5-15 properties (depending on availability in your area) and compile a report on the comparisons.
- Comprehensive review of your listing, which includes your wording, your photos and how you have highlighted different aspects of your property.
- Comprehensive Report for Consideration of Updates to include:
- Space planning suggestions for the maximum comfort of the space that allows flow and ease (keeping in mind that cleaning efficiency is important)
- Paint/Wallpaper or any other wall treatment considerations with a guide on how to implement these changes
- Renovation or any other small project changes with a guide on how to implement these changes (this does not include certified construction documents)
- Design and Decor suggestions including a shopping list, 2D board showcasing the room as well as a 3D Rendering to show what it will feel like
- Amenities suggestions and observations for the property including how to implement these changes
- Local Attractions or Hidden Gems to include in your property Welcome Guide and how to highlight those items in your listings
- Welcome Guide for your guests in PDF form for you to print/include digitally for your customers, you will need to fill in some of the information as it applies to your property
- Visual cleaning and organizing checklist based on the design and space changes to hand off to your cleaning crew to ensure your ratings will be consistent
- Site Analysis which includes the local travel economy, restrictions, licensing or other considerations (this is not a legal document, this is only suggestions based on the local travel economy)
